Whale Watching

In 1991 the Pelagos agreement was signed by: Italy, France and the Principality of Monaco to create an international sanctuary for marine mammals. Whale watching is an excursion for every age group and is designed to promote research and observation of 8 species of marine mammals that live in the area around Italy, France and the Principality of Monaco. You will be able to appreciate the beauty of the Riviera and have exciting encounters with marine mammals in their natural habitat. The trip gives you the opportunity to observe these amazing creatures in complete safety. Some of the creatures you may meet are: the common fin whale, the beaked whale, pilot whale, Risso’s dolphin, bottlenose dolphin, striped dolphin and common dolphin.
